ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS

We're committed to selling high-quality but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. In order to ease this process, we invite you to read the recommendation below:

If you change your mind within 14 days


Before your order is shipped :
You can cancel your order by sending us an email at « support@mcsh.eu », you will then be fully refund.


Once your order has been shipped :

Your order has been delivered but you would like to return it and to be fully refund. Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition.



If there's a fault with the product

  • Your order has been damaged during transport: Make a “reserve” on the delivery note, use our return form and bring the product back to us. Then we'll give you a replacement or a refund.

  • Wrong product code : you bring it back to us then we will give you a replacement or a refund

  • Under guarantee, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.




How to return a product

Making a return is quite simple. You just need to follow the guideline described below:
Step 1 : my account
Step 2 : choose « product return »
Step 3 : choose « new return request » and select the order to be returned
Step 4 : you receive and email that we are dealing with your request
Step 6 : You ship the goods back to us once you have received from us an email of confirmation

Few tricks to help us improving your satisfaction:

  • Fill correctly the return form
  • Send us some pictures of the product at “support@mcsh.eu” describing the defect of the product

Once your return has been accepted by MCSH customer service, send the product back to us with the return form.
It takes 3 to 5 days to control your return. After control you will receive an email from our customer service notifying you the status of your return (replacement, repairs, refund…).
For your information, in case of refund, you will get the money back within 30 days.

"If the products are not returned in a saleable condition (unused, in their original undamaged packaging, etc), your return will not be accepted and the products will be sent back to you."

ORDERING

To place an order, nothing could be easier!
1 - Login with your username and password or create an account if this is not done yet.
2 - Select the products and quantity you want and put them in your cart.
3 - Once you have finished shopping, click "Place Order".
4 - Let us guide you along the next steps. VAT will be adjusted according to the place of delivery

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Payment for orders can be done in two ways.

1 - Via Paypal using your credit card: The payment is completely secure.
2 - By bank transfer to the following account BNP:

Note that the order will be sent once the transfer is complete. MCSH is indeed a structure to support its suppliers by paying immediately while offering the best possible prices to its customers.

Promotions are usually weekly and based on vendor bids.

VIEWING ORDERS

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. All orders (past or present) can be found by logging into your account.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To update your account information (billing address, delivery ...), login with your username and password and make changes yourself in your private space.
